Matcha Protein Smoothies

Recipe for a delicious matcha protein smoothie that is perfect for a morning pick-me-up or post-workout refuel:


  • 1/2 teaspoon NutriExtracts Matcha Powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)


Step 1: In a blender, add the matcha powder, vanilla protein powder, banana, oats, and almond milk or any milk of your choice. If you want to add some extra creaminess, you can add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as well.

Step 2: Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Step 3: Turn on the blender and blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure everything is well blended.

Step 4: Taste the smoothie and add honey or any sweetener of your choice if needed.

Step 5: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy! You can also garnish the smoothie with some extra matcha powder or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
