An easy, simple drink that could set your mood for the summer.
- Whisk (if wooden, make sure the bristles are softened)
With your bowl infront of you, place your sieve ontop and add less than half of a teaspoon of the matcha powder, and sift.
Add 100ml of hot water, grab your whisk and stir until the liquid forms a thin foam on the surface. For sweetness, add some syrup and swiftly whisk again.
Grab a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour in your milk quite close to the top, leaving space for the tea, and finally pour in your tea, then stir. Enjoy!
